My name is Ashton and I have an egg obsession. I guess the first step is admitting it.
I’m not sure how it all started. When I was younger, I was extremely picky. I mean, the food couldn’t touch on the same plate kind of picky. But then one day, my taste buds grew up. All the foods I had hated, I couldn’t get enough. Topping that list was Deviled Eggs. I used to HATE them. But now, I couldn’t eat enough. It’s actually such a joke amongst my friends and family about my deviled egg obsession that I’ve received deviled egg ornaments, jewelry, headbands, etc.
It’s from this obsession, and a growing interest in cooking, that this blog was created. I love being in the kitchen and experimenting with recipes and attempting to recreate what I find on Pinterest, or whatever craziness my brain comes up with.
Though I focus my eggnergy (just pretend that one’s funny) mostly on deviled eggs, I will be posting an assortment of recipes here, all egg-related. I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as I do!
